Shipping policy

ARX Fit, Inc. — Shipping Policy (Parts, Accessories & Upgrades)

This policy applies to parts, accessories, and upgrades purchased through store.arxfit.com. Delivery and white-glove installation of complete ARX machines is handled separately by the ARX team and is not covered here.

Shipping options and costs. Available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order. Applicable taxes are also calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery times. Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Any delivery estimates shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Installation. Installation of parts, accessories, and upgrades is the customer's responsibility unless ARX expressly states otherwise in writing.

Shipping address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged or lost shipments. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, submit a support ticket at arxfit.com/support as soon as possible (within 7 days of expected delivery), or reply on your existing open ticket, and we will help resolve it.

International shipping. We ship internationally. Available methods and costs are shown at checkout. For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges, which are not included in the prices or shipping charges shown at checkout and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. Delivery times for international orders may be longer and can be affected by customs processing. The same return policy and 5% restocking fee apply to international orders; return shipping, original shipping, and any duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Warranty replacements. Warranty parts and service are governed by your Warranty and Service Agreement (Exhibit A to the Master Sales Agreement). The cost of shipping a replacement part to you is not covered by the warranty and is the customer's responsibility, even when the part itself is covered. If ARX requires you to send a part back to us as part of a warranty claim, ARX will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover that return shipping.
